Pardon our disruption for an innappropriate cougartown post. Have you seen/heard of this tasty new celeb on the scene, Colin Egglesfield? He’ll be staring in an upcoming (and totally predictable) chick flick with Kate Husdon called Something Borrowed. His other list of films is nothing to write home about, however, his looks tell a completely different story!

What are your thoughts on Dermot Mulroney? He is not someone I have thought much of in the past. He is attractive, sure, but I never really considered him “hunky.” That being said, however, have you seen The Wedding Date?
I was a wee bit hungover on Sunday so I planted myself firmly on the couch, remote in hand, and proceeded to watch no less than 4 no-so-great movies, The Wedding Date being one of them. No doubt about it, it’s a chick flick and not really all that good. But holy hell, is Dermot Mulroney H-O-T hot in it! I have seen him look good and I have seen him look really awful, but there is something really extra yummy about him in this movie!

I got scolded yesterday by one of my girlfriends for my post on Adrien Brody. She definitely saw the ugly but was unable to find anything that even closely resembled the cute. In the end, we agreed to disagree. Still, however, I feel the need to redeem myself, so here’s some photos of one of my other hundreds of ridiculous celebrity crushes, Scott Speedman.
I dare you to find something ugly about this man. DARE you! Because if you were ever a fan of the show Felicity, I’m pretty sure it was a requirement to lust after him as Ben Covington. Is anyone beginning to see a pattern here? Messy hair, big nose…
I have a big heart. Big enough to share my love for Robert Pattinson with Adrien Brody. Some think he’s one of those guys who’s so ugly he’s cute. I don’t see it. I don’t get the ugly part. Non-traditionally handsome, yes. But ugly? No, I don’t think so. But then again I’m weird and freely admit I have a thing for noses. Big ones! Hey Adrien, call me!

While I know I’m not alone in my innappropriate, cougar crush on Robert Pattinson of the vampire flick, Twilight, it doesn’t make me any less giddy to see new pics of him in the news. Let’s face it girls, he’s smokin’ hot! And I don’t even care that he looks a little stinky. I’m willing to forgo the personal cleansing routine on this one.
Here is the current haps on Rob:
Rolling Stone has just named him “Hot Actor of 2008″ and features a nice little Q&A with him. He was recently spotted dining at Il Sole in L.A. with Katy Perry. Hmmm… He made #4 on MTV’s Men of the Year List. He’ll be playing Salvador Dali in the movie, Little Ashes, scheduled for release in Spring 2009. The second book in the Twilight series, New Moon, is scheduled for it’s movie release in November 2009.
But here’s the biggest news that’s got me most excited: rumor has it that he is set to star in the next installment of Pirates of the Caribbean!
Apparently, it was between Russell Brand and Zac Efron to take on the role of Jack Sparrow’s brother. But Brand was removed due to some off-color comments about the Jonas Brothers and their commitment to chastity. You gotta be nice to Disney when they’re producing the film… Currently, the expected release date is sometime in 2011, so we gotta hang tight for a little while. In the meantime, keep yourself busy with these little pics.
